Automatic renewal, said plainly. If you choose a paid plan, it renews automatically at the price and interval above and your card is charged at the start of each new period, until you cancel. A monthly plan renews every month, a yearly plan every twelve months. You see the price, the interval and the date of the next charge before you agree to anything, and you get it again by e-mail afterwards.
Cancel in one tap. Open the app, go to Me → Membership, tap Cancel membership. No call, no e-mail, no questions, no retention maze. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. Changing plan is settled pro rata: moving up takes effect immediately and you pay only the difference for the days that are left; moving down takes effect from the next period.
Browsing homes and rentals costs nothing and needs no account. Publishing your own property — photos, a 3D walkthrough, your own page for twelve months — costs nothing either, whether or not you are a member. We take no commission and no success fee: nothing when it sells, nothing when it rents, ever. We are not a real estate broker or agent; we do not show property, negotiate, or represent anyone in a transaction.

Send photographs of a room and you get digital files back: four visualizations of how it could look, a mood sheet of colors and materials, and an indicative cost range. It is bought once, it is not a subscription, and it never renews.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as merchant of record — Paddle is the seller of record on your receipt and handles billing, sales tax and refunds. A yearly membership can be refunded in full within 14 days. A monthly membership is not refunded once the paid month has started, but you can cancel any time and keep access to the end of it.
